به گزارش خبرنگار دکتر آنلاین و بنابر اعلام دبیرخانه این همایش به مناسبت سالروز تولد حکیم بزرگ تاریخ ایران، ابوعلی سینا و "روز پزشک" با حضور وزرای بهداشت و رفاه و تامین اجتماعی برگزار شد؛ ، در این مراسم چهره‌های ماندگار پزشکی ایران معرفی و از آنها تجلیل گردید.
همایش بزرگداشت چهره‌های ماندگار پزشکی، روزهای 29 تا 31 مرداد و در برج میلاد برگزار شد و هر روز از پنج چهره ماندگار پزشکی تجلیل گردید.
در این همایش که به همت سازمان نظام پزشکی برگزار شده بود، مقامات ارشد این سازمان، وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، وزارت رفاه و فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی سخنرانی کردند.
